Positive Behavior Change is a nonprofit organization founded by professionals passionate about advancing the field of behavior analysis to create meaningful, socially significant change. We are committed to using the science of behavior to improve lives, promote equity in service delivery, and support individuals, families, and communities through compassionate, evidence-based practices.

DR. DANIELLE BRATTON, PH.D., BCBA-D, LBA

Founder and President

Danielle Bratton is a Texas and Louisiana licensed behavior analyst and assistant teaching professor at Ball State University with over 20 years of experience in behavior analysis and a Master's degree in professional counseling. Danielle has developed and taught online and hybrid graduate courses and created instructional programs for multiple universities. She owns Positive Behavior Change, LLC, providing ABA therapy, on-site and remote supervision, and consultation services in the areas of health and wellness, education, and organizational behavior management. Danielle has provided training and consultation to school districts, agencies, and families for individuals with disabilities.  She collaborates with military organizations to provide resources and support to military families with children with disabilities. Danielle’s current areas of research include instructional strategies for graduate learners, home education, and improving health-related behaviors. Danielle is a co-editor and co-author of Writing Skills for Behavior Analysts.
